Custom made Woodslat Venetian blinds are manufactured from finest Basswood or Pearlwood. The wood is meticulously prepared and provided with the best head rails system currently available.

 

Basswood is a premium and clean straight-grained wood that is uniform in colour and chosen for its stability and proven resistance to warping.
PearlWood is a hardwood, very light in weight with a distinctive grain. It is ideal for painting and staining.

Basswood is available in 51 standard paints and stains; 32 stains ranging from beach to black walnut and 19 paints, of which 17 are off whites.
Pearlwood Blinds come in 8 paints and 17 stains.
There is also an option to match any non-standard colour at an additional charge.

Venetian blinds are available in three ‘slat widths’:
35mm  slats cost £120.00 per square metre
50mm  slats cost £125.00 per square metre
64mm  slats cost £130.00 per square metre

We are able to match to most paint manufacturer brand colours, however, due to the character of a natural wood product varying in tone and grain, we cannot guarantee a perfect colour match.

This is due to a number of variables such as:

• the species of timber the paint is being applied to
• the number of coats applied
• the degree of sanding and surface preparation
• the temperature and humidity at application and drying

Also, numerous conditions such as weather, lighting and nearby reflective surfaces will influence the appearance of colours. Therefore exact duplication can not always be expected.
