Colour Options
All of our shutters have either 7-8 coats of either paint or stain to give a tough, lustrous finish and to prevent fading the final layer is UV protected.
If you are looking for a natural finish for your shutters then our large choice of stain options is for you. Stains can only be applied to our hardwood range, including CedarWood, Premium Hardwood and Larchwood.
NB. Colours may vary slightly between dye lots. Shutters for the same installation should be ordered together to avoid variations in colour. Colours may vary slightly from colour samples.
Gloss Levels
Premium Hardwood and Larchwood shutters are available in 3 gloss levels. The default is Standard (20%-25%) and will be used if not other gloss level is specified on the order form. Craftwood and Hardwood shutters are only produced in the standard gloss level.
Matt <=15%
Standard (default) 20%-25%
Gloss (Satin) 28% - 35%

Available on Premium Hardwood paint or stain | Cedarwood contains oils that may emerge after exposure to sun making the colour of Natural Finishes darker over time. This is a normal occurrence and will not be treated as a fault. |
