How does our professional measure and fit service work?

- 2. We are happy to provide an n indication of costs prior to your survey, simply send us some rough measurements of your windows.
- 3. Book in for a full survey, where we will come over to you to take accurate measurements, discuss design, show samples and finalise the costings.
- 4. Place you order by paying a 50% deposit. Once we have any updates on the location of your shutters, we will get in touch with you to arrange a suitable installation date.
- 5. Installation day: we will come over to install your beautiful new shutters while treating your home well and answering any questions you may have regarding your shutters and their upkeep.

- 3. Place your order, we will require 100% deposit. We will deliver the shutters directly to you or if you’re based outside of the UK, you’re always welcome to organise outward delivery from our warehouse to your location.
- 4. Installation: you can install the shutters yourself or hire someone local to do it for you.

There are a variety of mounting options and framing styles available for our shutters – which one to use will depend entirely on the type of windows you have in your home.

- Outside mount: Shutters are fixed onto the wall outside of the recess opening.
