With 2018 finally here, we’re in that time whereby the change is on the minds of the many. Whether that be the introduction of a new wardrobe, lifestyle choice or indeed interior design choice. Naturally, at Plantation Shutters, we’re always on the lookout for the interior design side of things. And with that, we’ve scoured through the musings of the biggest and best names in the industry, from designers to journalists for what they believe will be the next big thing this year.
From what we’ve seen, our mass variety of shutter styles and finishes are way ahead of the curve and here are just a few of the reasons why we feel able to live up to this bold statement.
PERFECTION IN IMPERFECTION
Just one of the keys points we’ve seen screamed from the rooftops in publications such as Homes to Love and Country Living is an obscene rise in the popularity of a Wabi-Sabi approach to interior design. This may come as an unwelcome view to many as this goes against most of the works of the most beloved names in interior design that our nation and indeed the planet has grown used to, but it seems to be something in very high demand. And with our colour selections, being made up of over 40 shades, we have an array of choice available for that perfectly imperfect colour juxtaposition for your home. This is found in our more outlandish colours available such as a roguish Red Mahogany for your living room to add a layer of warmth as the bitter cold of the year approaches.
