How does a virtual survey work?
It’s simple really, once booked in with the team, we will give you all the details you need to connect with your surveyor or sales representative. At the agreed upon time, one of our experts will video call you from our showroom. If you would like a quote, we recommend having a tape measure handy and our surveyor/ representative will guide you through taking measurements which will allow us to generate a price. We will also run through design options such as style, colouring and additional features which you may like to consider on your shutters.
How do I book a virtual survey?
You can book in for a Virtual Survey just as you would a measure appointment by either contacting the team directly on 02088719222 or by submitting a Contact Request Form and we will get in touch to arrange a suitable time.
Can I place my order following a virtual survey?
If you would like to use our measure and fitting service, then once appropriate we will call out to your property to finalise measurements, following which your order can be placed.
If you are looking to order shutters on a supply only basis, then once you have confirmed all relevant details with the staff member on your call, you will be able to make your payment and we will process your order that day. On supply only orders you will be responsible for all measurements and the installation of your shutters.
Do I need an iphone to access a virtual survey?
No, whilst FaceTime is one of the available options for the video call, we can also organise for the virtual survey to take place over Facebook Messenger or Skype.
