How to Order

Simply call the office to place you order or email the team and we can arrange this for you. Ordering takes place after one of our surveyors has carried out a site survey or we have finalised you direct order. Please call us on 020 8871 9222 and we will process your order. Your shutters will then be made up according to your specifications.

Once the order is placed, our current lead times are approximately 8 to 12 weeks for installation. At about the half way point into an order, we have more information about when the shutters will be ready and we will contact you to discuss a potential installation date. We can confirm your appointment so you have plenty of time to prepare and make any arrangements for the installation of your shutters. We have a in house team of fitters, who are highly trained and work full time fitting shutters and can carry out the installation professionally and discretely.

Supply Only (mail order service)

If you still want to fit your own shutters then please read on:

 Take exact measurements of your window (see Measuring Instructions).
 • Obtain a quote either by using the online quoting facility (get an online quote now) or speaking to a member of our team, who will also help and advise you if necessary.
 Place the order with us over the telephone.
 Shutters will then be ordered and made up according to your specifications.
 Once the shutters arrive with us (approx 8-12 weeks from date of order) we will despatch them to you via courier.

We strongly recommend that you use our in house team of experts to measure and fit your shutters due to the fact that shutters can be remarkably unforgiving if measured wrongly or installed incorrectly.

Ordering Online

After much deliberation and many conversations, we have decided against an online ordering system. We value discussing the nitty gritty conversation just prior to ordering, and have found that talking through the order allows for any final questions or queries to be answered. Ensuring the whole experience runs smoothly for you.

With every order placed, we email a full confirmation of the order displaying the specifications of your shutters as something for your records.
