In my case after a year of having the shutters installed, they came to re-cord the frames without any charge. | The sales visit included measuring up and samples with helpful advice on style and cost of shutter, about 1 hour. Administration very friendly and efficient, even producing a gift card as the Shutters were a present for my son! It was an 8 week wait for delivery as advised and installation of the shutters, which was tricky because the windows were not regular, was done very professionally, taking less than a morning with minimal mess. They are a good value quality product, look fantastic and have transformed the room. |

Second set of shutters were fitted February, as the windows were being changed in the studio so Plantation Shutters came back to re-measure when new windows were in to make sure all measurements were correct. My friend had asked me to wait in for your guys to come and fit shutters (in sheen today) when they turned up they introduce themselves I don't remember one of their names but one of them was called Laurence I could not believe how professional and efficient they were they fitted the shutters very quickly with no fuss and took all their rubbish and bits and pieces away with them. I had been clearing out some cupboards for the owner and had ended up with a huge amount of bags for the rubbish a few minutes later the guys come back to tell me that they had seen the rubbish truck coming and did I want them to take it out for me which they did I would like to say you have to very professional efficient and skilled young men working for you they are a credit to your company.

They were fitted within 1 1/2 hours. Just amazing. The price we paid was actually less than the quotation because another resident on our complex had them fitted the same day so they deleted one delivery charge. I just love them.

From the initial quote meeting to the shutters being fitted was very efficient. The chap who quoted turned up with all relevant samples, took measurements and quoted price and delivery on the spot. Was then contacted 1 week prior to fitting to arrange a day and time. Fitters turned up within a hour of agreed time and all shutters were fitted in 3 hours. Shutters are good quality, fit well so I decided to write this review as very pleased.

Excellent quality and good fit. The window has distorted over the years and the shutters had to be fitted into a difficult apature. This did leave some small gaps but care was taken to prevent spillage of light - it would have been nice if these small gaps were filled with timber but not a major issue. I chose a natural wood colour which looked very good and suited the room really well. A quality product well fitted.

Just a note to let you know that the shutters has been delivered and are fitted. I did find it very easy to fit them. It only took about 2hrs to complete. The larger one was 100% fit! The 2 small 98%, but no problems or complaints. Best regards to all of you.
