We may use the following information in order to provide you with a confirmation of order: name, private and/or working email, private and/or working contact number, private and/or property full address, company name, website, window numbers, relevant window sizes and shutter specifications. The confirmations will be stored on our website Admin area, which is only accessible by authorised Plantation Shutters personnel. A printed version of it will also be stored in one of our secured physical locations.

Microsoft Outlook Mailboxes & Calendars

We may store the information we have collected via the data collection points listed above on our company’s Microsoft Outlook Mailboxes & Calendars. A copy of all enquiries coming from the online forms and emails available on this website will be sent to a relevant team member’s mailbox so the initial enquiry can be dealt with properly. Should we agree on a measure appointment date and time, your information may then be placed on a Calendar event so that we can carry out a site survey on the location, day and date specified on your enquiry.

Invoicing

We may use the information we have collected via the data collection points listed above to create invoices in order to compliant with the HRMC Regulations for a limited company in the UK. Once an order is placed and a payment is made, we are required by law to keep your relevant information for a minimum of 72 months (6 years) for HRMC purposes. Your information will be stored on SAGE and our Local Server, both only accessible by authorised Plantation Shutters personnel, and a printed version of it will also be stored in one of our secured physical locations. Warranty

We may keep the information we have collected via the data collection points listed above in order to be able to assist you in case any part of the product we supplied needs replacing. We offer a 5-year Warranty for our product and therefore, need to keep all your relevant information for a minimum of 60 months (5 years).

It will be completely deleted after 12 months unless otherwise stated by you.
  • Should we not engage in a business transaction after the initial contact is made, all your relevant information will be completely deleted.
