I want sliding partition shutters instead of doors, can I do this – how does it work?
Yes, you can have sliding bi-fold shutters instead of doors by using a track system. This track system allows shutters to move along wide spaces in a structurally sound way. To get a price for shutters on a track system you can call the team on 020 8871 9222 to discuss.
I want shutters over my doors but don’t want to block out the door handle – how do I do this?
We can make your shutters with a “cut out” – a shaped panel that accommodates the handle without obstructing it or requiring a replacement. Our experts will talk you through the options and the logistics during your survey.
What is the best material to use for shutters on doors?
As with our shaped shutters, the best materials for shutters for or over doors would be our Pearlwood shutters due to their light nature and their allowance for shape availability. Many of our customers love pearlwood doorway shutters as the large framing particularly suits the panel sizes required for this space. Solid panels also work great for doors.
