However, if the window is located in an area that might be exposed to splashes of water or large amounts of steam then you may want to consider opting for our water resistant Permawood material to prevent any water damage of these materials.

The most popular style of shutter for kitchens is our café style shutters which extend part way up the window height allowing for increased privacy in your kitchen space whilst still allowing plenty of light to shine through and brighten the space. For the most versatile use and to enhance privacy, our full height shutters with a hidden break for giving the outer appearance of standard full height shutters but allow you to operate the top and bottom slats independently.
