In the heart of Chelsea is this quaint studio apartment, where it feels like you’re living in a hotel. This home has been beautifully designed with every detail meticulously thought out, and you can definitely tell once you enter the room.
Being a studio apartment the owners wanted to be able to save as much space as they could without having to compromise on their furniture or the natural light coming into the space keeping it bright and open. Choosing shutters was a no brainer as they are not only versatile but also offer added privacy, are low maintenance and save on the extra space needed. There is no need to try and open big bulky curtains that take up unnecessary space.
Our client’s shutters are one of our most popular materials, Hardwood. It offers excellent value for money with the fantastic build quality and a beautiful finish. It provides a furniture-quality solid wood product with a paint finish across the shutters at an entry-level price, making it an excellent alternative to the premium hardwoods. They then opted for the Classic 64mm slat size which is incredibly stylish and again a popular choice. They then chose the Pure White paint colour so that it would add to the bright clean feel of the home as well as match the wall colours making it completely melting into the window frame seamlessly.
