How to Prepare for your Survey
You don’t need to do much, but a few small steps can help make the visit smoother:
- Clear access to your windows where possible.
- Remove existing curtains or blinds if easy to do so.
- Tidy away fragile items near the windows.
- Keep pets secure to prevent any little escapes during measuring.
We’ll always treat your home with respect and take care to protect flooring or furniture as needed.
What Happens During the Survey

– Your surveyor will introduce themselves and explain what they’ll be doing.
