Something crisp to make people jealous that their windows didn’t protrude such style and class, was what our client Sean was going for when deciding what window coverings would work in his living room. That’s where we came in with our Plantation Shutters acting as the perfect solution to compliment the space. Having a sash window, it can be very difficult to dress them, especially in the living room, without it looking worse for it. As all our shutters are made to measure, there was no need for Sean to sacrifice style for the convenience of privacy. This is all due to their frame hugging to the window and leaving plenty of space to decorate with furniture.
Going for Café Style Shutters this made it easier to open and close the window without covering the entire window. Also, they are able to control privacy while still letting light in. They decided to go with the crisp and cool Pure White colour for the panels as well as Bright Brass for their hinges which really lets them melt into the space. They chose the In Vogue slat size so they could let more light in or block out any unwanted light when necessary.
