Renovate Don't Relocate with Sarah Beeny and Plantation Shutters

A new tv show launched on Really last night. Renovate Don’t Relocate is a brand-new property focused series that helps frustrated homeowners make their homes work for them rather than the other way around without the hassle and expense of needing to move.

This innovative series will introduce the use of full-scale floorplans and smart cameras to track how the rooms are being used and how to use them more efficiently. The show’s host Sarah Beeny will give the individuals the chance to reconfigure their space and offer them clever design solutions, tips and tricks to help them change the way they think about the space and use of it.

The reason we are talking about this new show is that we will be featured on one of the episodes. Sarah helps out our clients Chris and Edel with their home. Their kitchen is used more as an office and social space, while the other two rooms are left totally unused. The episode will air this Thursday 28^th at 8 pm on Really which can be watched on Freeview, Sky, Virgin, youview, Freesat, BT, TalkTalk and tv player. You can also catch up on shows on the Really UKTV Play. Be sure to tune in and keep an eye out for our team fitting the new shutters into the home.

We fitted Café style shutters on the front bay window and full height with a mid-rail as a room divider. The material that was chosen was Pearlwood with 76mm slat size and a hidden tilt rod. The colour is Pure White with White fittings.
