The home is decorated in such a way that maximises its features and lets in as much natural light as possible. When you exit the living room and enter the kitchen you are greeted by a large open space that opens up to the back yard and sky. The whole home is designed in the popular modern minimalist style with white walls and light wood flooring with navy blue as an accent colour.
Adding to the comfort of this stunning home is our Tier on Tier shutters. Choosing tier on tier means that our clients can have the freedom to open the top, letting in as much natural light into the living room as possible without having to compromise on privacy from the street outside. As the living room looks onto the main footpath outside this was important to our clients. Shutters also help to keep a space cool in the summer by opening the window behind and having the shutters closed with the louvres open letting the breeze come through.
Our clients’ shutters are Silk White which provides a contemporary and clean ambience to their home. She opted for 64mm slat size which is our classic range and a very popular choice amongst our customers. In terms of material, another one of the favourites, Craftwood MDF shutters were chosen due to its appearance, hard-wearing quality and cost-effectiveness. They then chose to have white hinges to match the paint finish of the shutters and melt into the space seamlessly.
